Avdel Genesis nG4 (71234-00261) Tool Genesis nG4.
Air Rivet Tool comes complete with std nose assembly for 1/4″ Hemlok.  A high performance hydro pneumatic hand tool, designed for the rapid installation of breakstem fasteners. All genesis tools share a short travel trigger, comfortable ergonomic design, trigger activated vacuum stem extraction with collector bottle, and a tapered easy to service nose assembly. A smooth and quiet action ensures that this tool is a valuable addition to the factory floor.The Genesis nG4 tool is designed to place the heaviest duty blind fasteners, such as Hemlock, Maxlok and Avtainer. Whilst the nG4 is the most specialist of the Genesis range, a change of nose tip, will still allow it to place fasteners down to 4.8 millimetre.

Avdel’s new nG4 tool offers the capability to fit some of the larger rivets in Avdel’s portfolio. Its ergonomic design and reinforced structure make the nG4 tool easy to use yet tough enough to endure any assembly line.
