Spinach

Spinach and cartoon hero Popeye are inseparable. With the spinach, Popeye gained an incredible amount of power. Part of the truth in this movie is because spinach is extremely high in protein, low in sugar, mineral salts, high in iodine, vitamins C, P, K, E, D2, folic acid and carotene. Such an abundance of minerals and vitamins can boast of very few vegetables.

Spinach leaves are eaten raw and cooked: they are used to make soups, purees and sauces, and spinach is used both as a classic garnish and as a delicious ingredient in various fritters.

Lollo Rosso

This salad is reminiscent of a volcano in appearance, with a broad apex, wrinkled leaves with red tips. However, the appearance in this case is not very suitable for describing “internal”, i.e. salad flavor. Of all types of lettuce, they are the least crispy, with thin, flexible leaves. It has a mild, slightly bitter taste which distinguishes this salad from other greens but does not obscure the other ingredients.

Perfect for a variety of salad mixes, can be placed on sandwiches or used as a decoration on a plate.
